Michael Jackson - married again?

Michael Jackson and Grace Rwaramba married in Las Vegas earlier this year, according to real estate documents. Grace was his former children's nanny and one of the few people who stood by his side through all of his problems - including the child molestation trial in 2005."
Why all this news coming out now? And why does MJ have to hide their marriage ? is it because she's not that popular like Lisa marie Presley? well, i'm just wondering.......
