Mary-Kate Olsen might be off to rehab again. Star is saying that the little fashionista creepy-crawly is binge-drinking and partying and not giving an eff. Of course, she's a millionaire but it looks like"Mary-Kate seriously needs to get to rehab. I bet she think she's not having any problem at all!!!
