Kelly Brook showed off her left hand at the Ivy last night, leading to speculation her engagement to Billy Zane is back on. The ring on the finger and the huge smile make me fairly certain wedding bells are in the air again for the couple, whose split earlier this year was short lived when they appeared together just a couple of weeks later.
